Ethic Code
The Ethic Code represents the set of rights, duties, and responsabilities of System Management S.p.A. to all its interlocutors. It Contains rules of behaviour which can improve the decision-making processes and guide System Management S.p.A., the Top Management and all the staff.
Organizational Model (ex D.Lgs 231/01)
System Management S.p.A., To ensure respect with the requirements of correctness and transparency in the set of business and corporate activities and to protect its image, employees and the expectations of the customers and shareholders, has deemed it appropriate to adopt the organisation, management and control model expected by Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Reporting Systems
The Reporting System is a legal instrument of protection for employees, internal and/or external collaborators, business partners and suppliers who would report possible illegal conduct they have witnessed in their work place.
