Reporting malfeasance

The Digitalplatforms Group, in full compliance with the provisions of Leg. 24/2023, adopted an Operational Procedure for the Management of the Reporting System (Whistleblowing) below, which outlines the reporting channels that can be used, the rights and protections of whistleblowers, and the managers identified as recipients of reports (Whistleblowing Committee). As stated therein, confidentiality and, if requested by the reporter, complete anonymity will be guaranteed for each report. On these pages you will find the link to the computer platform for a written report, reminding you that there is also the possibility of making a direct report to the Committee by regular mail. All parties interacting with Digitalplatforms Group companies are invited to read the contents of the Procedure.
