What are we looking for?
We are looking for an expert in enterprise-wide systems analysis and design with a technical background gained in the implementation of IT solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to study, analyze and devise state-of-the-art solutions. Evaluates the opportunities and challenges presented by the scenario and qualifying proposals, resulting in the production of technical documentation. Prior experience in participating in technical design initiatives as part of tenders and calls for proposals is welcome.
Requirements:
- ability to assess functional and technical requirements and estimate commitments for the execution of different phases of the project;
- Prior experience on Java technologies for building component-based, distributed applications inspired by modern enterprise application design principles such as, e.g., MACH approach, loosely coupled, async & reactive, micro-services, omni-channels;
- skills in designing scalable, high-performance software architectures;
- Ability to apply design pattern principles such as MVC and IoC;
- an excellent familiarity with microservice architectures and in designing applications based on web and cloud technologies;
- experience in participating in customer solution design and production activities as a support activity for direct business initiatives and through participation in bids and tenders;
- Experience in preparing and implementing design proposals and technical documentation.
Additional requirements:
- Good team collaboration & building skills with experience in working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience in the role of technical leadership and mentoring junior colleagues;
- Experience in leading projects with budget monitoring, team management, and development activities at different stages of the software life cycle;
- expertise on projects in IoT, Smart Environments, Supervision and Control in Security, multi-channel mobile and web B2B/B2B2C projects.
