What we are looking for
We are looking for Back-end Team Leaders with experience in managing and coordinating teams and activities. System Management is in the midst of an important growth phase: project activities are constantly increasing and need to be managed and organized with professionalism and determination. Along with the indispensable technical skills, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, which are crucial to achieving the pleasant and stimulating work environment that characterizes our company.
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
- excellent knowledge of Java and other languages such as Java Script and Python
- excellent knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and JPA
- Familiarity with major architectural patterns (e.g., MSA) and design patterns such as MVC and IoC
- good knowledge of relational and non-relational Databases
- Good knowledge and implementation of key authentication and authorization patterns for web applications and REST APIs
- Experience using version control systems (particularly Git) and familiarity with concepts such as commit, branching, merging, and conflict resolution
- Good experience in best practices and use of code quality and code review tools
- Excellent ability to identify and manage priorities
- Good communication and synthesis skills toward business stakeholders
- experience in task management and assignment
- Experience in conducting reviews and managing the software life cycle
- Prior experience in technical leadership roles and mentoring of junior colleagues
- experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
Additional requirements:
- good knowledge of the English language
- Basic knowledge of unstructured databases (preferably Elasticsearch)
- knowledge of Angular framework welcome

What are the steps in our selection process?
If your Resume is in line with the open position, you will be contacted for an initial cognitive interview. Once the first step is passed, a technical interview will be conducted together with an expert in the field.
If the technical interview is also successful, the last stage involves a meeting with management.
